How to build a virtual key board in C#.net or VB.net?

I am making a browser in windows forms using browser control. Hence I am looking for a virtual keyboard. After hours of search i have got a virtual keyboard that works as required but its in WPF. Thus being a newbie I am not able to convert it to C# or VB. Can any one help me with keyboard in these languages. Thanks in advance

Do you expect someone would "convert" it for you? Why? And this is not a code-finding service.
If you want to create your own keyboard, go ahead and start, then we will gladly answer your questions, if you face some problems.

Nice solution. But I still have a problem. I modified the keyboard according to my requirement and now when I included it in my project then I found that it works well when run individually but when included in project, It genrates a focus event for itself. So when I focus the cursor on a web page within web browser control and then start to type ,then it fails to type..Can you help me for this???
