Decorative tool tip in asp.net

I am having link button. i am dynamically showing tooltip to the link button. Whatever I am showing in tool tip is digit which is small. So it is not noticeable. I want to make font of text in tool tip larger and change the color of font.

Not to make it much decorative but at least readable.
