Why the heck would we want a DOC file?
What is it going to contain that you couldn't write (or copy and paste) into your question and we read immediately? Other than macros we don't want running, unpleasant scripts, ...

Why?

You can't, except to articles and tips that are moderated.
This is deliberate, as this site is not intended to be blacklisted by any work related site filters. Allowing the posting of images directly would require that every single message posted be moderated for content prior to posting to ensure that it did not contain offensive material - there are enough idiots here who would post objectionable material just to annoy.

Moderation is expensive, in time, in people, and would slow the place to a crawl.
So: no images is the simpler, safer route.
If you need an image in your question, then post it to dropbox and add a link: but do be aware that many people will not follow links to images, and most won't download anything from strangers (I won't - I don't know you, and I don't know what it will try to do to my system) so unless there is a very, very good reason for an image or download, you shouldn't bother.

Certainly, images of your code, or of an error message will only annoy people: copy and paste the text version instead so we can paste it into our copy of VS if we need to.

+5!
Please, read comments to your question first.

If you want to attach screenshot to your question, don't do that. It is better to shortly describe your problem and ask proper question. There is no need to "visualize" your issue.

You can add link to your screenshot, but you need to place it anywhere on the internet (tinypic, etc.).

Please, read CP rules[^]. Here is a board to ask programming question.

If you want to share screenshots like error message, use sites like imgur.com. Upload image there & include the image url in your question.

But sharing word document or project is really a stupid thing. No one is going to download the project, fix the error & reply you with updated project.

Include complete details in your question is more than enough details. You don't know how? see these articles
