Hi kaldane,

1. You need to purchase a domain
2. You need to find hosting provider (windows or linux), it depends on your requirement
3. Once you have found your hosting provider, then please just upload all your files via FTP to your root folder or you can upload your files via their CP. It depends on your hosting provider Control Panel.
4. For database, you can restore it via CP or if you have problem, please just contact your hosting provider and ask them for help.

I am assuming that you want to buy a new domain so for that first you will have to register a new domain name, then buy some hosting space. After that point that domain name to your hosting space. There is a website which I sometimes consult for my questions about this stuff, though it is a bit old but it may prove helpful to you.
