well not directly but you can use web browser control in the window form application and call that website from URL and get log in to the website.

Solution 2

You can make use of WebBrowser control in your application if you want to display a website in a windows form based application.

If you want to log user in through your own code rather than the website's web page, check if they provide an API to do so.
