How Do I Perform A Real Time Search Using A Text Box In Vb

I have a text box in my vb form and i want to perform a real time search. I think its also called a progressive search. as i type my characters the list of possible search results must drop down just like in google search. I use visual studio 8 and MSSQL Server. How can i do it?
