Unable to open my account.

Hi,
Its been several months i am trying to open my account but still facing the same problem.
i have a message on FB also but i did not get any favour.
i don't want any points if its a point related issue, i just want all my questions and answered to be there.
My earlier account was with the name smilerathor (smilerathor@gmail.com).

Any help will be highly appreciated.
