How to get an image from scanner then OCR it, then parse this text at last save filtered text

Hello everybody,
I need to get an image from scanner, then OCR it to text file, after that parse this text to be able to filter data which i need, at the last step fill filtered data into form to be saved.

Any suggestion and recommendation, and if available sample code.

That's quite a tall order, and I'm afraid you will not be getting code, unless you can find it in some of the CodeProject articles[^]. You could start at http://www.twain.org/[^] for guidance on imaging and OCR.

I agree with Richard, this a beg need.
But if this is a business requirement, there are dedicated products for this purpose
you can check Kofax Capture, I worked with it and it covers your beg order and more :)
