How to generate SSLC Format certificate using PHP

I have application that stores Student Information in database.I want to do is generate School Leaving certificate in proper format in PHP.

Basically i want to design a certificate like thing from database data.So,if anyone could guide me it would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I have solved this for now by using html based report which is generated dynamically from database & for printing i am using Jquery print plugin.
