Silverlight 5 - Can't load Web project in VS 2010

I have a couple of SL 4 projects developed before. After my CPU updating, I could not load the web project since in the .csproj file

HTML

<TargetFrameworkVersion>v5.0</TargetFrameworkVersion>>

After change to v4.o, the web project can be loaded, but with a ton of compiling errors. If you have experience in working on SL 5 on VS 1020, please share. Thanks.

Yes for SL 4 Tools. In the References folder, all of the dlls are listed as valid.
