Dropdown not getting refresh

I have 3 drop downs.These are dependent on each other. I am filling these drop down by using jquery ajax call. First time when i call the ajax drop down value getting updated but second time when i call ajax drop down values are not geeting updated. I am facing this issue in IE. It is working fine in Mozila

Try and check using developer tools of IE and see if you are getting any error ?
