How to add AJAX dll file in web application Project

Hello
I want to add Ajax .dll file to my web application project.

I tried to add reference of dll but solotution is not working.
I tried to add BIN folder but I am not get success.

can anyone tell me the what is the problem?

It is not problem of update panel.

Solution 2

right click on project->choose Manage NuGet Package->write 'Ajax control toolkit' in search and click on ajaxcontroltoolkit to install for project
It automatically add ajax.dll to bin folder and register ajax control toolkit in web.config
