It's DataBase view created from a table in SQL 2005.

Why do you want to use LINQ to SQL and not LINQ to enteties? Anyway, answer is yes, we can.

Yes, you can. For that you need to add in your project ADO.NET Entity Data Model. While adding it you need to choose some names etc. After creation you can use Linq To SQL with your database view or tables, if you want to. Also this link will help you.
