You are trying to solve the problem the wrong way. Don't give the user administrative priviledge.

Hi,
One a way , create one application which have some Image Names (like calc.exe etc,)that application always running in background and check with Image Name , if image name and application name is same then kill the process.
I hope that you got your answer.
