You could start reading a good book, for instance, the Burnette's one: "Hello, Android: Introducing Google's Mobile Development Platform"[^] (dated, but still good).

I used the mybringback android tutorials which you can find on youtube.

You just need to install the Android SDK, and learn all sample code inside of the package, especially ApiDemo which is the best Android guide to me.
