WINFORM application to backup mobile phone contacts

Hi to all,
I want to develop application in windows which copy all contacts from mobile phone and save them to the database.
Please help me when it connect to computer through USB is it possible to to do in c#?

using System.IO.Ports;
using Microsoft.WindowsMobile.PocketOutlook;
using System.Runtime.InteropServices;

This namespace is used to copy contacts and find the address book but I do not understand where to start getting phone information.
