Jquery files not work in asp.net webpage when use update panel.

In my asp.net Page i'm using some Jquery +Java script +Css for validation and design .
I need use update panel in some button,Whenever i take any action on button the Jquery files not work on controll.I tired to find out solution .Please some body urgently help me.
E.g
When i click on button of Save OR ADD or selected gridview rows etc they Jquery css of Dropdownlist stop work and Validation of textbox stop work , every control stop work where i've call jquery function ..
