System Web accessible by IP

I need to create a web system that is accessible by IP. This Example is a model similar to what I need. The system needs these movable windows as in the example, etc.. I need your help to know how should I start this project. I think it's a desktop application being executed by the browser. If so, how do?

Help me.

No one is likely to be able to figure out what that picture is supposed to represent. Try a better description of your problem. BTW any web system is accessible by IP.

Help with what? You did not formulate a single problem. "I don't know how should I start..." is not informative and not a relevant problem.

Solution 1

It looks a lot like ExtJs.
Here is a desktop sample from their website: ExtJs Desktop .
There used to be a free license for non-commercial applications.

Friends, sorry. I don't think explained well.

My question is basically know if it is possible to make an application with mobile forms like this in ASP.NET using common project web forms understand? if so i'll try.
