Frame navigation in wpf windows

Hello,
I am desiging an wpf windows application, In my home page i have placed a frame in which i am loading different pages into that frame,My problem is that in home page i am able to access that frame, but when i am trying to access that frame present in home page from another page means it is not being possible.
So my questionnaire is that how to load a page into a frame from another page
i.e Frame is present in Home page and I am trying to access that frame from my child page

Please help me out...
