Problem with DrawGrid property......

Hi everyone!
When I create Windows Form applications I always want to use DrawGrid propery to allign components on my form but I DON'T SEE IT....
sometimes I see it but sometimes I don't ...what the hell...
I even reinstalled Windows and reinstalled Visual Studio 2008 but this sh*t still happens.....maybe I need to use some new namespaces or something ....Please help

Solution 1

DrawGrid is a method on the ControlPaint class. Are you saying it appears sometimes and not others, for the same objects ?

when I select a form objec (windows form design) in viusal Studio then I press the right mouse button and select Properties and sometimes I see DrawGrid property but sometimes I don't

Solution 3

When you right click on a form and choose properties, you will see the properties for the object you had the mouse over. To set options for the grid shown in the designer, use Tools/Options/Windows Forms Designer.
