i had BSNL pent when i run app from device , eclipse doesn't detect it where as it works for other devices.
I had also set developers option any thing else have i to do ??

You have to install an usb driver for the device. Unfortunately USB drivers for android devices haven't been standardised so manufacturers usually roll their own. Try to download an usb driver from the homepage of the manufacturer for your device. Sometimes you have to download the google android driver and you have to patch that (by modifying a file in the home dir with an id if I remember right).

EDIT: It isn't eclipse that's not working. Eclipse uses the ADT plugin, ADT uses the installed android SDK that uses the ADB (to communicate with the device) that requires a valid usb driver for your device.
