Facebook like functionality

I want my browser symbol turn dark when minimized For e.g. If we are using facebook and we received someone's message so browser logo on taskbar turns dark when it's minimized!
Is there any way to achieve this ? in asp.net javascript and jQuery only

How it can possibly be related to ASP.NET or any other Web application? This is the Windows shell behavior.
