Why not - several reasons:
1) We don't do your homework for you.
2) Your tutor is quite likely to check here and may recognise the problem he set...
3) You didn't even manage to post the whole question! The title is meant to be a summary, with the question detail in the body of the message.
4) Good luck with the exam! If you think this is a hard question, you are going to need all the luck you can get!

What good would it do you if I did your homework - would it mean that you had learnt do to do the task that the exercise is trying to teach you?
Would it help you get through this "hard exam" you have coming up?
Would it help you be a better programmer?

No, no, and no are the answers to those questions. Tutors set homework for good reasons:
1) To get you to think about what you have been taught, and how to apply it.
2) To check how well you have learnt, so that they can try to "fill in the gaps" in what they have tried to teach, but that you have not understood.

Our just giving you the answer defeats both of those, and just lets you sit on your ass doing bugger all! Not good...
