Solution 1

Provided they are on the same network (i.e. in practical terms that means "connected to the same wireless router") then any software which allows two PC to communicate over a LAN will also allow them to communicate over wireless: the physical medium is immaterial as it is lower than the "software layer" that does the talking.

So, find a program that "communicates" in the way you want (be it text chat, voice or video) and try it.

The question about "wireless" is too vague, and (not very practical but fair) Solution 2 should have demonstrated it for you.

Chances are, you should have asked about "Wi-Fi", http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-fi[^].

Hello there, C# is not a problem once you know what is the communication module you are working with. but since you want wireless communication then, the available options is:
1- Bluetooth
2-WIFI
3-maybe serial RF signal
4-maybe IR signal

simply decide your workspace, and then the coding will not be a problem, you even may not be in need of c#
