Rectangle shape in windows form

Hi can anybody tell me how to avoid rectangle shape from moving away from center when the form is minimized & maximized. The rectangle shape added to the center of the windows form moves away from the center when minimized & maximized. Also i have set the anchor property of the rectangle to be TOP but still this doesn't help me out.

@z3ngew: Hi i tried but it doesn't work. I have a MDI form in which one of the child form consists of rectangle shape. This rectangle shape changes its location when i minimize & restore the MDI Parent form & not when i do the same with the child form. So how do i avoid this...?
