What is the Account Name and Password for in Server Configuration whil SQL SERVER 2008 Setup

Earlier i felt very much comfortable in installing SQL SERVER 2008 in my Computer.
But yesterday i have changed my OS to Windows 8 from Windows 7 and i have installed SQL SERVER 2008 in my new OS... While installing, in Server Configuration Level i am about to give my Account Name and Password and also one drop down list with three values Automatic,Disabled and Manual[for Start Type field]..I have not come across anything like this before, i have tried giving my administrator account name and password but its showing me a error like

The specified credentials for the SQL Server service are not valid. To continue, provide a valid account and password for the SQL Server service.

Sorry, I have not come across anything like this before. I am searching solution for this in google for the past many hours. badly i am unable to find the solution. please help me to come across this problem friends.

Seems like i have downloaded wrong Set-up...many of the fields are missing in my Set-up...but all the Layouts are same... Can you provide me a correct link to download the Set-up?
