import data in existing rows of datagrid

i mu using vb.net 2010, my question is how to add data in existing row or column in datatable, for output purpose i m using datagridview i need to first row and column always empty only fill desire column and rows.... my datatable column return datatype double.. i m using file for data input purpose and separate data members by , ..... thanks in advance
