how refresh user control from another user control in asp .net

Hi all,

I have trouble in updating user control,

I have 1 user control which is a form and another user control which contains grid,

Now I need to update grid control by inserting record from form control,

both controls are in update panel and I dont want to full postback,

Can any buddy help me,
