SSRS Report Project problem

Hi everyone, I build up a report for some database using SSRS and when i am going to deploy it, it gives an error "Error 1 The permissions granted to user _____ are insufficient for performing this operation."

I have tried lots of things, even go through so much of forums but still not found any result.

I am using "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2" > "SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio".

And one more thing when i m trying to access "http://localhost/ReportServer", it asks for some username and password, even i am using windows authentication mode in sql server.

Please if anyone knows about these two issues, then respond me as soon as possible.

I solved this problem earlier, now I am facing another problem, when I am trying to create a new project for Integration services, I got this error:

Microsoft Visual Studio is unable to load this document:
To design Integration services packages in BIDS. BIDS has to be installed by one of these editions of SQL Server 2008 R2: Standard, Enterprise, Developer, or Evaluation. To install BIDS, run SQL Server Setup and select BIDS.

and when I installed SQL Server 2008 R2, it has no option for integration services, could you please tell me any version of SQL Server through which I can install Integration services also.
