If you are a beginner, then you should learn the actual language ( C# ), then the platform ( winforms/WPF/ASP.NET/Silverlight ) then you should learn about architecture. This takes a number of years. Of course, you're probably just hoping to know enough to accept some rentacoder bids and post the jobs here, so, the links you were given could well be all you need.
