Use RSS of that site.

Best way is to read the rss feeds - thats what they intended for:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/help/rss/

As suggested in the comments, you need to use the RSS Feeds.

1. RSS Reader[^].
2. Simple RSS Reader in C#[^].
