Since you did not explain your question it's difficult to know what your problem is. However if you need to decrypt some information you will need to know the algorithm used to encrypt it and the encryption key.

btw I removed your email addresses to protect you from the spammers.

You read them by knowing the password. That's about it, really. that's why they are encrypted.
