Problem facing in combobox selected value

Actually in my combobox i taken a item template in that item template i taken two controls one is image control and second one is label control. here i am binding data through data source. so my problem is after binding if i select any name in the combobox means it is not selecting the particular name what i selected....

Datavaluefield,datatextfield should not be empty. if we given the two fields means it will come
