There's nothing special in populating tables having no primary key and you may find many many examples of populating data tables just Googling for.
By the way: what is the reason for having no primary keys?

because i have a tow tables to display in my crystal report,,table1 is actualguesting and table2 foodordertbl.i use folionumber in actualguesting while in foodordertbl i use ornumber
