Develop a Mobile Dictionary

Any one know how to develop a Mobile dictionary by using j2ME ?
I'm new to J2ME and i want to know how can i create a mobile dictionary which works with Unicodes.
( cz im from sri lanka and i want to develop a dictionary wish converts English to meaning of my local language )

Please if you guys know the methodology let me know :) :)

Solution 1

A dictionary is just a lookup table. I assume you'd store it in a database, with two columns, word and meaning.
