Share Point connectivity using Database

Is it possible to connect share point through database and if so , then how to transfer a BLOB file from table to share point 2010

Need to know , if it is possible to connect from Oracle Db to share point using Javascript or PLsql procedures.

i'am getting below error when doing creating wallet

Error report:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1022
ORA-28868: certificate chain check failed
ORA-06512: at line 10
29273. 00000 - "HTTP request failed"
*Cause: The UTL_HTTP package failed to execute the HTTP request.
*Action: Use get_detailed_sqlerrm to check the detailed error message.
Fix the error and retry the HTTP request.

Thanx Muneeb, but what exactly i need is to run a job, or something likewse , like when so and so things happens only i need to send the BLOB file from my database to share point 2010.

My application is completely based on Pl/sql, Javascript and HTML.

I hope the link shared is particularly for connecting from share point to database using BCS.

If i'am wrong do correct me.

Any suggestion splease
