Copying Data from .mdb file(Access file) to Database file(dbfile)

Guys Please help me out,i want to copy all the tables from the access file to database file.
each access file can contain any no of tables and tables can have of any no of columns.
for that i am using oledb .
i have never done such kind of task before.
and i am not able to understand from google.
please can any one help me out

What kind of database file? sql, MySQL, oracle?
