Internet explorer not refreshing playlist

Good morning

We are using this player with asp.net
we have started binding the playlist as the person login the issue is playlist is not refreshing as we log out and log back in this is only happening with internet explorer

i found what is causing this this is caused by ie setting to pick media files from cache and not loading fresh page each time i have attached the link herewith

Can any one tell me how to stop this from happening using asp.net

If so, make sure it's not stored in cache.
