Problem while Schedule Auto SMS Function

Hi...

Any buddy i need some help for send auto sms using asp.net.. for this i have used SQLAgent.
my sms function work file in the case of local sqlServer 2008 but problem is I have no access of The sqlAgent on Hosted Server..

I there any way to send SMS Automatically from hosted server or is there Any way to send automatic message pls let me know....
