Working with Graphics in c# .net

Hi every one.

I am working on desktop graphics application. For that i need to understand coordinate system.
I set a Panel on Form client area with location 50, 50 and size of 10, 10. But when i change the
Page Unit of Graphics object to Millimeters in OnPaint method of the Form, the Panel is still displayed on the same location with the same size. This is some thing confusing.

Please if some one help me i will be thank full.
