unable to opening the older version programs(i.e vs 2003/2005) in vs2008

hi this is raheem . i have programs in older version. when i try to open in new version they will not open ed.please help me any one.

What project type are you trying to open in VS 2008?

When you open a previous version of project in VS 2008, the Visual Studio Convertion Wizard will appear and ask you whether you want a backup copy of the project before convertion. After that it will convert into newer version and also generate a convertion report.

Now you need to check if there is any error in the newer version.
