Can We code for "Speech To Text" (STT) in an ASP.NET website code

Hi...

I want to implement functionality like "Speech To Text" conversion in asp.net website. I am not confirm about that i can implement this functionality using System.Speech. If anyone have some idea about this then please share your knowledge with me.....
