Please check ur Connection string Server name and username password same or different.

i got solution
Repeated question.Already explained here.Check your services related to SQL Server are running or not.open services.msc and verify the the same.Also verify the instance name in your connection string.

checkout your connection string.
99% times when this error accures is because of connection string

This error is related to the connection string.
So better check the connection string and also careful about the creditials.
