Where to get free development tools

i have done project in asp.net using visual studio2008 and sqlserver database. but at the moment i dont have these. so is there anyway to do my asp.net projects without visualstudio and sql database.

please help me.............

How can you do a project without the tools ? The Visual Web Developer and SQL Server Express Editions are free.

Solution 2

You can use MonoDevelop to do ASP.NET (and ASP.NET MVC, console application, library, etc) project. It works on Windows and Linux OS with Mono framework.
