You can't change the client system date format or date time from the server - and if you could and did your site would be about as popular as herpes.

You can set the format of date items that you display by specifying a format when you convert DateTime values to a string, but that's about it: Formatting a DateTime for display - format string description[^]

Solution 2

As Griff said, it can't be done for a web app. If you're programming a windows forms app, then it can be done. I found this link:
