Search codeproject there are some excellent libraries available here on code project. You can use one of them to draw barcodes. For image you can use the image control (Search documentation on MSDN). Again for last item (textbox bound to db) you can search on this site or MSDN.

A barcode is a barcode, and a company logo has nothing to do with that. Don't make your life difficult by combining things that don't have anything to do with each other.
