I can install any version of jdk but I don't know why netbeans can't install in my computer.
please help cause i need this, I'm a student and my school is using it as an IDE for java. without it, it's hard for me to follow the lesson since i'm new to this language.
I will look forward to your answer.
Thank you.

Is Netbeans incompatible in windows7 with atom processor and cpu D2700?

I guess the problem is the chipset or the incompatibility of netbeans in my computer, but i'm not so sure.

I would suggest that you start at http://netbeans.org/kb/support.html and see if they know what "has stopped working" could possibly mean.

Hello ThePhantomUpvoter, I went to this site already and i'm still at this site but it doesn't give an exact solution to my problem. I tried all advice there but nothing happen, the next pop up message box is "It seems that another instance of installer is already running." and then "java(tm) plataform SE binary has stopped working." but I'm not downloading another application just the netbeans.

1 solution

If you say you've tried to install repeatedly and it thinks that 2 or more instances are running, then there probably are just that. A reboot might fix a few things.

Your question doesn't make sense. What file?

If there is anything messed up in your installation, a reboot should free up any ailing processes that might have resources locked.

We did your advice but still nothing happen. I can't still install netbeans and java sdk.
The problem is the same as above, it always appear a message box that there are 2 or more instance of installer is running.

If rebooting your system is a major challenge, you need to find someone local who can spend some time with your system. There are many things that may be the cause of the problem(s) you have/will encounter: privileges, admin level, ... and of course resident malware. These issues can't be handled easily in this forum.
