i want to upload mp3 file to my windows form ....and i want to convert those mp3 file into wave format in graph...wave means not file format.....waves in a graph format(Digital form)

What idea? You did not ask any kind of a question or describe any kind of a problem. Nor did you post any code that demonstrates any kind of a problem. There is no "idea" to give you.
