how to disable RequiredFieldValidator on second button click

I have two section if my page:
Ist Section Belongs to the Registration process for a new user

IInd Section Belongs to the Sign Up process for the existing user

I have put some RequiredFieldValidator Control on Ist Section

But I don't want them to be fired when a user click on Sign-Up button on IInd Section.

Can any body help me out?
