Deployment of asp.net website

I have created an asp.net project and have a server database in server . Now I have a doubt how to deploy that website this is offline project ie i Connect 20 to 40 lan systems . Now I deployed the website via IIS but some errors are coming with the session variables what can i do :'( pls help me
